General Duties
- Great people skills, good under pressure, decisive.
- Passionate about teaching kids the love of God, & discipling others to do so
- Grow relationships with volunteers and kids in our campus children’s areas
- All staff is responsible to keep our property free of trash and weeds
- Follow the policies and procedures as defined in Legacy Church Handbook
Primary Duties
- Grow relationships with volunteers and kids in our campus children’s areas
- Execute programming from Legacy Central and communicate with volunteers to ensure a safe and inviting environment for children to have an encounter with God
- Build and manage the volunteer teams inside of the LKIDZ ministry
- Prep lessons for the classrooms, and schedule Volunteers to minister to the children
- Purchase Requests, Graphics Requests, Facility Requests, Maintenance Requests, Video Announcement Requests
- Other duties as assigned.

Working Conditions and Physical Effort
- Moderate physical activity. Requires handling of average-weight objects up to 25 pounds or standing and/or walking for more than four (4) hours per day, including the use of stairs.
- Work is partly performed in an office environment, and partly during services to set up the classrooms.
Education and Experience
- High school diploma required, however, a college degree is an added advantage
- Technologically competent and efficiency in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of standard office equipment
- Knowledgeable of kids ages 5-12
- Knowledge of principles and practices of basic office management
