LKidz Children's Ministry Service Coordinator for East Campus
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an LKidz Children's Ministry Service Coordinator. This position primarily involves coordinating and overseeing children's ministry services. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with public speaking, and possess excellent organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and lead children's ministry services during Wednesday evenings (5:00pm–8:30pm) and Sunday mornings (10:15am–2:00pm).
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all children attending the services.
• Communicate effectively with children, parents, and families, creating a welcoming and engaging environment.
• Assist in developing and implementing age-appropriate activities, lessons, and events to promote spiritual growth and learning.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience working with children or in a similar role within a children's ministry setting is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with children, parents, and volunteers effectively.
• Comfortable with public speaking and leading services on stage.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
