Part-Time LTOTS Assistant Director – Rio Rancho Campus

General Duties
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and the ability to remain effective under pressure with sound decision-making.
- Passionately teach children the love of God and support discipleship of others in doing the same.
- Build and maintain relationships with volunteers and children within the campus children’s ministry areas.
- Support campus stewardship by helping maintain clean, safe grounds, including trash and weed removal as needed.
- Adhere to all policies and procedures outlined in the Legacy Church Employee Handbook.
Primary Duties
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with volunteers and children in the LTOTS ministry.
- Execute programming provided by Central Campus and partner with volunteers to ensure a safe, welcoming environment where children can encounter God.
- Recruit, build, and manage volunteer teams within the LTOTS ministry.
- Prepare classroom lessons and coordinate volunteer scheduling for children’s ministry environments.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Working Conditions and Physical Requirements
- Moderate physical activity required. Position involves handling objects up to 50 pounds and standing or walking for more than four (4) hours per day, including stair use.
- Work is performed in both office settings and ministry environments, including classroom setup and support during services.
Education and Experience
- High school diploma required; college degree preferred and considered an advantage.
- Proficient with technology, including Microsoft Office and general office systems.
- Familiarity with standard office equipment.
- Knowledge of children ages 5–12 and child development principles preferred.
- Basic understanding of office management principles and practices.
