Legacy Church - Online-Campus Team Member - Part-time
Legacy Church is seeking a Part-time Online-campus Team Member to support and engage our digital community. This role is crucial in connecting with our online congregation and enhancing their experience with our church.
Primary:
- Conduct regular pastoral care calls to online church members and volunteers
- Actively engage with and support our online campus family through various digital platforms
- Be present for our online host show before services and help with it regularly
- Engage in live chat during online services
- Assist with the Online-Campus Next-Step program
- Participate in church online forums and social media
- Schedule and coordinate online volunteers
Secondary:
- Input notes and records of member interactions and follow-ups
- Respond to communications in a timely manner
- Follow Legacy Church policies and procedures
- Other duties as assigned
Other Skills/Requirements:
- Alignment with Legacy Church's mission and values
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in digital platforms and social media
- Experience in community building or customer service
- Creative writing skills for script development
- Organizational skills for volunteer scheduling
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently
- Creative problem-solver with strong interpersonal skills
- Part-time position
