God has a desire to fellowship with us.

Appreciation:

He wants a real relationship where we serve Him because we do love and appreciate His sacrifice for our lives. When we do really appreciate His sacrifice, we will serve Him, obey Him, and purpose to follow Him. When we don’t appreciate Him, we will fall, stumble, and begin to move away from Him.

Benefits:

The closer we are to Him, the more being a Christian will benefit our lives. So many are just existing, not really enjoying being a Christian, not being satisfied! Then there are some who are truly benefiting the way God intended because they are obeying Him, following Him, worshiping Him.

Joy:

Why is it some, even though life is hard or difficult, enjoy their Christianity, and some don’t? I believe it is because some put the word of God first, not their feelings, not their emotions. When people say, This is just the way I feel, regardless of what the word says, it is not right. We aren’t to live by our feelings, but by every word that proceeds out of the mouth of God.

Fear:

People are living in such fear — Christians are living in such fear of a virus. I don’t really understand. Aren’t we to produce the fruit of the Spirit — peace, faithfulness, self-control? Notice we aren’t supposed to produce fear. Fear is a spirit that causes us to get out of faith, stop believing God and His word, and begin to follow something and someone else. 2 Tim. 3:1-5 reads, … For people will love only themselves and their money. …

Only God can keep you safe, no man, no woman. We must learn to believe in God and His power.
