Primary Responsibilities               

• Provide spiritual and directional leadership for the campus congregation
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with staff, leaders, volunteers, and church members
  • Invite people to the Church and encourage active involvement in serving and discipleship
  • Grow, build, and strengthen all ministries to ensure overall campus health and effectiveness
  • Provide oversight of all campus operations and ministry execution
  • Share and cast vision with staff, teams, and the congregation in alignment with Legacy Church leadership
  • Plan, prepare, and preach messages as scheduled; oversee weekend services to ensure excellence
  • Lead, develop, and hold accountable campus staff, ministry leaders, and volunteer teams
  • Oversee and evaluate all campus programming (ministries, outreach, events, groups, next steps, etc.)
  • Provide leadership oversight of campus operations including maintenance, facilities, safety, and guest services
  • Ensure responsible financial stewardship of the campus budget and resources
  • Foster a healthy, unified culture that reflects the mission and values of Legacy Church
  • Provide pastoral care including hospital visits and member support as needed or requested

Secondary Responsibilities

• Partner with various departments (HR, Finance, Creative, etc.) for alignment and operational effectiveness
  • Support campus communication efforts, announcements, and engagement strategies
  • Greet and connect with guests and members during weekend services
  • Conduct regular staff and leadership meetings
  • Research, strategize, and implement initiatives that support campus growth and development
  • Lead and engage in community outreach efforts to expand the Church’s presence and impact

General Duties

• Maintain a clean and organized office and work environment
  • Submit required weekly reports and updates to the Executive Pastor
  • Return phone calls, emails, and texts within 24 hours
  • Oversee planning and execution of special events, conferences, and outreach initiatives
  • Participate in budget planning and financial review processes
  • Perform tasks as assigned by Executive or Senior Leadership
  • Follow the policies and procedures as defined in the Legacy Church Handbook
