Fail-safe
There is a difference between being safe and feeling safe.
Fear hath torment:
When you are fearful and give in to your emotions, you are easily manipulated by all the parties trying to exert control over your life. Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. claimed the Nazis said that the only thing a government needs to turn people into slaves is fear. That is exactly what has happened over what some are calling a pandemic. Through this the government and government officials took their opportunity to instill fear in people, telling them they would keep them safe, which they could not do. I have never allowed the corrupt government and judicial system to cause me to be afraid.
The antis:
I am not anti-vaccine. I just believe it is an individual’s choice whether to be vaccinated or not. Their choice doesn’t make them more or less safe. I am not anti-science. The problem with everything is that no one shared any science. We now know in NM the governor, according to her health secretary, made it up as she went, allowing big-box stores, which are globalists, to thrive, while small businesses suffered and even went out of business. I am not anti-business. People should never be told they cannot make a living.
Religious persecution:
A Stanford study found lockdowns were unnecessary and didn’t work. No one really wants to study masks because they know they will find they do not help. So, they continue to put people in fear concerning them. I am not anti-reason. Any reasonable person can see that what started as a public health crisis developed into a political power play, persecuting the church, trying to rid our society of any mention of God.
We are not any safer being afraid of what might happen to us tomorrow (Matt 16:25-26 NLT) (read this). If you try to hang on to your life, you will lose it.

Celebrate Moms!
Mother’s Day was first suggested in 1872 by Julia Ward Howe (who wrote the words to the “Battle Hymn of the Republic”) as a day dedicated to peace.
Small beginnings:
In 1902, Philadelphian Anna Jarvis began a campaign to establish a national Mother’s Day. She persuaded her mother’s church in Grafton, West Virginia, to celebrate Mother’s Day on the second anniversary of her mother’s death, the second Sunday of May. After establishing Mother’s Day in Philadelphia, Anna and her supporters wrote to ministries, businessmen, and politicians around the United States, promoting the idea of a national Mother’s Day. They were successful, and by 1911, Mother’s Day was celebrated in almost every state in America. In 1914, President Woodrow Wilson proclaimed Mother’s Day a national holiday.
Mom types:
Here is what we know: everyone has a mother. Now, we realize some are good moms, some are great moms, and some aren’t that good at all. So, what are we to do? The Bible teaches us to honor our mothers and fathers, which is the first commandment with a promise (that you will live a long, full life in the land the Lord God is giving you). He promised us great quality of life as well as long life. It doesn’t say we have to like them or love them — honor them.
Honoring:
How do we honor a bad mother? We pray for her salvation, that she would yield to God’s Holy Spirit. We refrain from bad-mouthing or blaming her. God knew there would be good moms and bad moms.
So, let’s honor God by honoring mothers on Mother’s Day.

Fear or Faith?
We either stand up for our right, given to us by God, to assemble and worship Him the way He desires, or we will lose the freedom altogether.
The armor of God:
Ephesians 6:13-14 — Therefore put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes you may be able to stand your ground, and after you have done everything, to stand. Stand firm then, with the belt of truth buckled around your waist, with the breastplate of righteousness in place. It’s easy to stand when there is no conflict, but it’s not so easy when persecution comes.
The gates of heaven:
The Church as a whole has capitulated because of a virus that the Left — the world — has used to attack our faith, our belief in the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ. It has been sad to watch people who call themselves believers take the side of the enemy, the devil’s side, against the Church — the belief that a virus that is untreated can cause people with underlying conditions to die (less than 1% of most predictions).
The gates of hell:
But we are not more concerned with sin, which kills 100% of people if not treated with the Gospel. If people don’t repent, they will die an eternal death in hell. How then shall they call on Him in whom they have not believed? And how shall they believe in Him of whom they have not heard? And how shall they hear without a preacher?Romans 10:14. How?
Don’t allow someone’s fear to cause you to be fearful. Fear controls, and so many people who call themselves Christians have allowed fear to control them, instead of God’s Spirit leading them. After you have done everything, stand!

Believe It All!
God gave us His word — the Bible — to help us, to instruct us, to correct us, to help us know what is right and wrong, good and evil. But if we ignore it or try to explain it away, it does us no good.
My way:
So many today want to live any way they want to. This type of thinking separates us from God and grieves the Holy Spirit, keeping Him from being able to work in our lives. So, we must embrace the whole Bible and purpose to live it, knowing we will make mistakes. The only way to really know when we make mistakes is by hearing and believing God’s word. Without it we are lost.
The easy way:
So many set aside God’s word when things are difficult or they are afraid. We side with evil over God’s word because we think it is easier, or we somehow misinterpret the word of God. Lack of knowledge is destroying so many lives.
His way:
We must learn the word of God and act on it, regardless of what the world is saying or teaching. God is always right! His ways are always the best ways! His thoughts are always better than our thoughts! Until we believe that, we will continually be like children, tossed to and fro by waves, and carried about by every wind of doctrine.
The Church is the only thing holding back evil. We can’t be true believers and ignore parts of the word of God. True believers believe it all, no matter what!

Prioritizing God
God first:
In life, one of the major decisions we make is who or what takes first place. For some, it’s family, and for others, it’s their job or their children. Still, for others, it’s their hobbies or sports. Bottom line: it’s our decision. Even though the abovementioned aren’t bad, the question remains: should they be first place in our lives? I believe the answer is a definite, “No!” God and His ways should always take absolute precedence. If God is first, everything else will fall into place. If He’s not, nothing will fall into place. Again, it’s your choice.
You choose:
Prioritizing God should be reflected in our finances. The first step in making that happen is to return the tithe to Him. The first portion — the tenth — of what you earn is His, and we should return it to Him. We return a tithe and give an offering. When we do, we place God in His rightful place in our lives — first. When that happens, every other area of our lives will start to straighten out. The choice is ours.
Choose this day whom you will serve. As for me and my house, we will serve the Lord.
