Online Team Member - Online Campus (Part Time)

Legacy Church – Online Campus Team Part – Time 29 hours weekly

Legacy Church is committed to providing a nurturing and healthy environment while meeting the childcare needs of staff families, ensuring each child has the best opportunity to grow and succeed.

Primary:

• This is a phone-heavy role: expect to spend significant time on calls with people
• Conduct regular pastoral care calls to online church members and volunteers
• Assist in reengagement campaigns by calling people who have drifted or gone inactive
• Actively engage with and support our online campus family through various digital platforms
• Be a regular presence on the online host show before services, helping run the segment
• Moderate online services, including live chat and real-time engagement during broadcasts
• Assist and help lead the Online-Campus Next-Step program in whatever format it takes shape in
• Participate in church online forums and social media
• Schedule and coordinate online volunteers
• Help connect and expand Legacy Church's online presence into different cities as leadership focus directs

Secondary:

• Input notes and records of member interactions and follow-ups
• Respond to communications in a timely manner
• Follow Legacy Church policies and procedures
• Other duties as assigned

• Proficiency in digital platforms and social media
• Experience in community building or customer service
• Creative writing skills for script development
• Organizational skills for volunteer scheduling
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently

• Part-time position of 30 hours
