Primary Responsibilities

• Provide musical and technical leadership for worship services, integrating instrumental and vocal elements with the Senior Pastor’s message.
• Plan, develop, coordinate, and produce special events throughout the year.
• Supervise, prepare, train, and develop the Praise and Worship Team.
• Prepare, manage, and administer the Worship Ministry Department budget.
• Lead, support, and develop Worship Ministry staff.
• Respond to phone calls, emails, and text messages within 24 hours.
• Ensure worship services are planned and executed in alignment with the church’s mission, vision, and values.

Secondary Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the Creative Team to support the church’s communication, media, and creative needs.
• Conduct research and provide information and support for Pastor Steve as requested.
• Collaborate with church leadership and ministry teams to support church-wide initiatives and special projects.

General Duties

• Recruit, train, lead, schedule, and support volunteers for worship services and related ministry activities.
• Build and maintain positive, Christ-centered relationships with staff, volunteers, church members, and the community.
• Encourage participation and help recruit volunteers for all church ministries as needed.
• Follow the policies and procedures outlined in the Legacy Church Handbook.
• Serve as a custodian of the church’s mission, vision, values, facilities, equipment, and resources.
• Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, accountability, and a servant-leader attitude in all responsibilities.
